This elegant chest of drawers is crafted from locally sourced solid wood: oak with a chestnut backing and features hand-forged wrought iron handles.
The drawers, also made from solid oak, use hand-cut dovetails and are shallower at the top, gradually increasing in depth towards the bottom. The sides are fashioned from steam-bent oak, adding a refined touch.
Each drawer front is hand-carved, giving the entire piece a slightly concave shape when viewed from the side. If preferred, the drawers can be constructed using pegs instead of dovetails.
